我们理想中的人选应该是一位能够为开关电源开发数字控制以及嵌入式管理代码的有经验的工程师。该人选须谙熟C及能自如地对特定于机器的汇编和C语言进行混合编程，熟悉嵌入式开发流程，了解编译器的关键函数，链接器及其输出。熟练掌握实时系统的开发，能够开发基于开关电源要求的紧凑时序的高度模块化和极富效率的多线程代码。同时能够对应用于电源中的控制算法完成从导出，建模，开发及分析的工作。

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do（职位描述）:

o 对电源控制和管理的算法进行建模和分析

o 在电源开发和测试阶段提供设计和测试方面的支持

o 使用C和汇编在常用的的MCU和DSC平台上开发用于开关电源的嵌入式固件。

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)职位要求:

技巧/能力要求：

o 具备基于DSC和MCU的嵌入式编程知识

§ 理解常用的MCU架构，如8051、PIC等。

§ 具备常用MCU接口(ADC, SPI, SMB, UART, 等)的知识

o 精通C语言编程

o 能熟练使用C++, Visual Basic, or Java进行PC应用开发

o 具备电源拓扑、控制和设计方面的知识

o 具备实时嵌入式系统设计方面的知识

优先考虑：

o 拥有数字信号处理的各种技能

o 具备开关电源建模与分析的技能

o 开发相关的演示、测试或者验证软件（如简单的用户图形界面开发）

条件：

o 本科及以上学位，电子/电气工程或相关专业

o 2年以上大功率电源固件开发工作经验

o 积极主动、高效能

o 电气工程专业的优秀硕士应届生也可接受
