Responsibilities：

• 带领团队实施内部审计、管理咨询、企业改革顾问项目
• 企业财务、管理数据分析及报告，政策收集与分析, 熟悉财务会计知识，熟悉审计工作程序要求
• 拥有较好的团队管理经验，曾经带领3-4人完成咨询项目或作为主审负责审计项目
• 完成项目报告，能够由独立汇报、客户培训能力
• 善于思考和发现问题，独立开展审计问题确认与沟通
• 有相关管理意识，控制和管理项目成本
• 教导和培养团队能力
• 协助经理及高级经理开展项目前期沟通，服务建议，投标方案制作和讲解
• 管理项目内部程序，完成项目管理程序

Requirements：

• 本科或以上学历，4年以上政府雇员及国有企业工作，政府审计部门、国企内部审计，会计师事务所审计经验；企业战略、改革、法律或IT经验，主导国企改革项目经验尤佳
• 优秀的中文沟通、写作能力，熟练运用Office软件Excel，PPT，Word
• 责任心强、仔细认真、善于沟通，能接受频繁出差，抗压能力好
