The Global Engineering Manager will be based in Shenzhen Futian. He / She will interact with customer and global GSS sites and align on new customer requests, support the overall NPI process and lead the Global Operational standardization across the GSS sites for this customer.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Provide process & system solution for new global flows, new request from customer (audio)
• Drive Global Standardization projects (operational)
• Technical interface with customer IPM, provide global engineering solution.
• Review and approve IE data

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 5 years or above engineering experience in ODM, OEM or Contract Manufacturing Industry or Packing Industry
• Work Experience in a Global environment is a pre
• Good oral and written English
• Good communication skills, good presentation skill

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• Experienced to work in a Global environment
• Experienced to work in a dynamic environment where requests may change and many new reqiuest may come in simultaneously

• From the system perspective be familiar with ‘Flex flow system’, ‘flex agile system’, and with logical thinking of the end to end system process setup
• Experienced in ECO interpretation and implementation
• From the process perspective be familiar with packaging process, functional test, and transportation test
