Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation. Liaise with customs to rectify and issues

1.Ensure that all customer order is fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customer on a timely manner

2.Communicate effectively with other departments to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure

3.Track and trace shipments where necessary, I.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customer

4.Preparation of monthly performance reports to the Logistic Customers

5.Receive and action special requirements or instructions from the Customer and produce.

6.Coordinate and schedule in-country transport movements-collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor

7.Raise personal training needs with Supervisor to support other activities

1.College and above

2.Minimum 1 year related working experience in airfreight and ocean freight forwarding/shipping/logistics field

3.Fluent of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
