  • 负责前台的来访者接待、设施管理和其他客户服务工作。

岗位具体内容:

  • 管理前台区域的工作环境,确保符合要求
  • 访客管理,来访接待及信息登记
  • 被访者沟通确认及通知接待引领
  • 对来访人员的必要指引
  • 前台电话接听
  • 其他礼宾前台现场的支持工作
  • 确保定期的客户满意度考核达到要求
  • 协助前台区域突发事件的处理
  • 上司安排的其它工作

  • 有能力在同一时间管理并计划好多个工作任务
