Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up.
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Holds a qualification in Kitchen Production and Management.
Good Guest Relations Skills.
Basic Computer Skills especially in MS Office, and Receipe Maintenance System
Effective trainer, experienced in the delivery of skills training.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Minimum one to two years work experience as CDP in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
Preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
