The Buyer Leader will be based in Shenzhen, China.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• 1. Lead buyers (china and India) to execute order management: new order release and order confirmation and reschedule weekly base on demand
• 2. Manager and improve supplier delivery /quality/ service performance.
• 3. Lead buyers to control inventory excess and meet site/accounts ITO target, support to improve supplier SMI/CRP rate.
• 4. Manage critical shortage to fulfill material CTB, meet site/project revenue target.
• 5. Support SQE to solve supplier quality issue and return defective material to supplier timely
• 6. Support AP team to solve supplier payment issue
• 7. Lead buyer to achieve all material related KPI and monitor buyer performance and continuously improve buyer KPI and efficiency
• 8. Understand project material status and weekly review material shortage with customer
• 9. Quarterly have QBR meeting with customer and present material status independently
• 10. Collect and monitor material market trend and make proposal/solution to customer/manager to mitigate potential supply risk and secure short/long term stable supply.
• 11. Continuous drive team process and execution improvement activity
• 12. Have plan for self-development and buyer team personal/career development.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree.
• • Requires a minimum of 3 years of purchasing, procurement, buyer, materials planner, or merchandiser, etc. experiences
• • Better being trained of Supply Chain management, SCOR model, etc. Understand the dynamics of global supply chain update
• • Good written English, basic oral English
• • Have planning and materials experience
• Familiar with ERP, MRP, good command of Excel / database skills
• • Strong communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills
