Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon’s total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 12 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.
The Brand Building Specialist team, under CNBPS of PMO, aims to build a path to success for CN 3P Branded Seller. Our team will drive Brand Success through providing customized Brand Building service to CN Brands.
We are seeking a customer-obsessed, result-driven Brand Building AM.
Main responsibilities include:
· Help Brands to identify Brand Building priorities based on their business status and needs
· Provide customized Brand Building feature adoption recommendation and work with Seller to deliver feature impact
· Identify blockers for feature adoption/Brand retention and work with Amazon internal teams on resolution
· Work closely with PMs to contribute to Brand Building features’ continuous enhancement and innovation
· Synthesis learning and best practices from Brands engagement
· Be a team player to keep good relationship with business team counterparts
· Work as a POC to share Brand Success knowledge across CN GS teams
· Support business team on Brands training / communication materials


· An Bachelor’s degree or above;
· 3-6 years successful track records of Account Management or BD experience
· Customer-centric and Highly organized
· Proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and driving results
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – work prioritization, planning and task delegation
· Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools;
· Good analytical and problem solving skills;
· Good verbal and written communications skills(both CN & EN)
· The ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations


· Marketing / branding experience of consumer brand is preferred
· Previous working experience in account management or project management with strong data analysis skills
· Have oversea experience in studying and working is preferred
