• Is fluent in both Chinese and English
• Is highly organised, motivational and flexible.
• Can support teachers and students in teaching and learning
• Is committed to high standards of achievement, progress and behaviour for all learners.
• Can promote a well-organised and stimulating learning environment.
• Is committed to the constant improvement of an already vibrant curriculum.
• Has good interpersonal skills and works well in teams.
• Possesses excellent IT skills an interest in embedding ICT into the daily classroom experience.
• Understands the value of the consistent application of school policies.
