Work closely with internal Business Units to generate sales revenue.
Maintain and develop customer accounts to ensure sales targets can be achieved.
1.Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned customers, mainly Domestic Equipment, Power Equipment & Consumer Electronics, Parlex and IC accounts.
2.Conduct regular customer call and visit for project and production follow up and problem solving.
3.Handle business contract review, negotiate with external customers and BU’s on pricing and terms.
4.Provide regular status report to management on customer visit, sales forecast, and project growth plan.
5.Providing guidance and coaching to Sales Executives on project issues and customer complaints.
6.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company product and capabilities, assist to promote company new products; provide market feedback and competitor information to management.
7.Fulfill continuous improvement plan on inventory and AR control.
1.Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2.5+ years’ sales experience in industry/precision component.
3.Knowledge in motor product and application.
4.Good presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels of people, including senior management, technical supervisors and engineers.
