1. Minimum of 5 year experience in plastic injection tooling design and project management .
2. Must be able to communicate in English (some Chinese preferred but not required).
3. All normal business computer skills.
4. You will report to the VP of Engineering.
5. You must have tooling design experience.
6. Your customers will be from America so knowledge of the American automotive industry would be a benefit.
7. You will need to manage multiple programs simultaneously .
8. You will meet the customers in the Factory and assist in the tool setup and trailing, make trial assessments and follow the progress of the changes until the tool ships to the customer.
9. You will be responsible for reporting tooling progress to the customers and communicating with our internal engineers in insure program success.
