leadership competencies : 1.working with the supplier wherever suiｔａｂｌｅ in order to oversee the activities and making surethat the same agree with all the rules, regulations and standards of the company.(high onethics & transparency)
2.close monitoring on part/commodity pricing as well demand supply situation in globalmarket.(china & other parts if any)
3.identify source/supplier/manufacturer inline as per company requirement.
4.review rm & fg stock at suppliers inline as per forecast & order shared withsupplier(required to monitor tier -2 suppliers also in case supplier running on subcon moｄｅｌ)
5.consolidation of parts/ lines on minimum suppliers (maximum buying from less suppliers forachieve cost benefit on higher volume.
6.lead & initiate all negotiations and prepare appropriate documents for same.
7.maintain all contracts and evaluate all performance according to contract and ensure efficient
flow of all conditions in contract.
8.monitor all sourcing strategies and policies and ensure achievement of all business objectives
and perform appropriate negotiations with all suppliers.

competencies : 1.having sound knowledge of electronics, semiconductor & electrical parts (lcd, semiconductors, passive & active parts, and electrical parts etc. 2. review supplier performance in terms of quality & ｄｅｌivery. monitored, evaluated and improved supplier performance, while managing supplier relationships. evaluated and monitored supplier performance and implemented improvement plans when necessary.3.strategic sourcing. 4.cost reduction: identify and implement cost reduction initiatives to drive financial performance and business results. develop & ｅｘｅｃute cost reduction strategies. 5. procurement policies. 6. excellent communication skills both in mandarin and english
