Job Description
. Independently work on motor mechanical design (DC and BLDC) according to customers’ requirements
. Design improvement, both cost and performance
. Handle oversea, China and oversea project development
. Interface with BDM, PM, PE, QE and Internal Manufacturing
. Support to solve production issue or to improve productivity
. Conduct the project work according to APQP requirement
. Manage the project development cycle, starting from generate a design proposal, conceptual design, DV and go through PPAP.
. Work closely with process engineers to transfer product design from sample development to production.
Requirements:
· Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
· 3 years or above working experience in motor design, application in automotive field is preferred
· In-depth knowledge on motor manufacturing, machining, tooling and fixtures, quality system
· Skilled in CAD, SolidWorks, Catia, or UG
· Good team player, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills
· Able to work under high pressure
