Brief description of the position:

We expect this person to assist when gathering new sales and to follow up independently confirmed orders of developed items.

1 Sample collection and shipments

1.1Contact with, Factories and customers local Chinese offices and overseas

2 Order collection

2.1Product database for new items

2.1.1 Summarize item specs gathered by the sourcing team

2.2Sample tags

2.3WM documents including BTR and IRF

3 Order following

3.1Place orders with the factories

3.1.1 Input data in Intra system.

3.2Shipping

3.2.1 CO, packaging list, invoice

3.2.2 Shipping forwarder

3.3Retail link

3.4Inspection of the goods

3.5Payment following

4 Assisting in sales activities

4.1Sales presentations in PPT

4.2Coordinate picture taking of all samples

4.3Control and update department order overview

5 Personality

5.1Accurate and careful

5.2Eager to learn and grow, ambitious but happy with the job description

5.3Team player

5.4Willing to work with big accounts as well small distributors

5.5Commercial affection

6 Experience

6.1 3-4 years working experience with at least 1 year experience in working with buying offices of or directly with major retailers

6.2Experience in working with medium to small oversees customer to follow up order

6.3Good communication skills

6.4Advanced Office skills
