Customer Service

Purpose of the Position:

Daily support for Customer Service Team

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Work with Customer Service team for daily operation

Check order, confirm the accuracy of order entry

Prepare PFI, COO and confirm customer payment

Order entry, order related data entry and maintenance

Documents record

Other team work as needed

Project involved with:

New business

Seminar and Exhibition
